4 killed, 14 wounded in shootings Thursday afternoon to Friday morning
A violent Thursday afternoon and evening saw 4 people shot and killed, plus an additional 14 wounded through the overnight hours across the city. Among the wounded were two 13-year-old boys and a 16-year-old girl. Among the dead, an 18-year-old and 19-year-old males.

Joel Cammon, 44, of Blue Island, was arrested yesterday in the village of Alsip. Police say he's the man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman over a three day period last month in an abandoned building in West Pullman.
