Update 1: Family members identified the 29-year-old woman as Andris Wofford, a mother of 2 children pursuing a master's degree.

The family told WGN News they were babysitting her daughters Wednesday and went to the home when she did not come and pick the girls up. They called police after she did not come to the door but her car was in the parking lot.[1]

While the officer has been relieved of his police powers, he has still not been charged and detectives continue to investigate.
