93rd Academy Awards: Full List of Nominations


HOLLYWOOD - The nominations for the 93rd Academy Awards were announced live on Monday by Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences selected eight nominees for Best Picture, including “The Father,” “Judas and the Black Messiah,” “Mank,” “Minari,” “Nomadland,” “Promising Young Woman,” “Sound of Metal” and “The Trial of the Chicago 7.”

Netflix’s “Mank” scored a leading 10 nominations, including nods for best director (David Fincher), best actor (Gary Oldman) and best supporting actress (Amanda Seyfried), in addition to best picture.

All of the following films received six nominations: “The Father,” “Judas and the Black Messiah,” “Minari,” “Nomadland,” “Sound of Metal” and “The Trial of the Chicago 7.” Emerald Fennell’s “Promising Young Woman” received five nominations. Netflix’s “Mank” scored a leading 10 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director (David Fincher), Best Actor (Gary Oldman) and Best Supporting Actress (Amanda Seyfried).

The ceremony will take place in-person at Los Angeles’ Union Station and the Dolby Theatre on April 25, nearly two months after its regularly scheduled air date.
