A 14-year-old boy was shot and killed on E. Marquette Road in the Woodlawn neighborhood late last night.

CHICAGO - Authorities said another teenager was shot and killed last night on the city's south side.

The incident happened just after midnight on the 1000 block of E. Marquette Road in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the city's south side.

Police said they responded to shots fired on the above mentioned block and they found a 14-year-old male unresponsive on the ground. The teen had been shot multiple times to the torso and was pronounced dead on scene. W

Witnesses told Detectives that they saw a blue minivan flee from the scene.

There is no one in custody and a weapon was recovered on scene. Area One detectives are investigating.
