Officers went to the home due to a report of a woman possibly being held against her will. Police knocked on the door and reportedly saw a male come to the window then quickly close the curtains. After some words were exchanged, the Officers heard five gunshots.

Police said the girl was sitting in the back seat of a car when an unknown offender in a white SUV fired shots. Police did not indicate if the 1-year-old was linked to a target of the shooter or not.
