This week, a judge smacked down efforts by Prairie Blocks’ developer to keep control of their property. That’s bad.
However, it appears to have simply been a technicality because the suit had been in his court too long, and he encouraged them to refile their suit again soon.
The developers and the judge seem to think this project is close to emerging from bankruptcy successfully, and without a monkey on its back.
We want to see this happen. We hope everyone can get their ducks in a row.
