Wallet cut from pocket

A 55-year-old Chicago man reported that he was grabbed from behind by a group of four-to-six males at 3:30 p.m. Monday May 14 in the 200 block of North Columbus Drive and had his pants pocket slit by a cutting instrument. The men took his money after it fell to the sidewalk from his pocket and then fled in an unknown direction The victim said he was leaving a nearby CVS Pharmacy when he was taken by surprise by the men who he described as both black and white, in their 20s, with some wearing hoodies.
