Waiting in line to see the First Lady.
A crowd of well-shod onlookers has gathered in front of Venue One at West Randolph and Carpenter waiting for First Lady Michelle Obama to arrive for a campaign fund-raising event.
Dress code of the day: women in tight, short dresses and impossibly spiky 5-inch heels.
There’s a metal detector, some bored-looking cops, a handful of secret service agents, NBC 5 news crew and assorted onlookers.
For a grand entrance and to freak out her security detail, wouldn't it be nice if Mrs. Obama took the Green Line or Pink Line train to the new Morgan Street Station?
