New stores should be coming to the long-vacant Roosevelt Collection by mid-October 2012, according to a post on the building’s blog from Dan McCaffery, chairman and CEO of the development’s owner McCaffery Interests.
The goal, he said in the post dated Dec. 20, is to have 85 percent of the retail space leased in time for a grand opening in mid-October.
“Keep your eyes peeled for some new retail neighbors moving forward,” McCaffery wrote. “We will continue to provide updates as we have them.”
A previous post from McCaffery in November said they’d be making an announcement at the end of January, after retailers were done focusing on the holiday rush.
