Scooby Boy
Scooby Boy is a tiny, 6-year-old Shih Tzu with a very big heart! Matted, underweight, and frightened, Scooby Boy was a sad sight when he arrived at the PAWS Chicago Rescue and Recovery Center. At just 12 lbs., the world is a very big, scary place to Scooby Boy. He is searching for a loving adult who will help to socialize him, and take him through a basic obedience class to improve his confidence. Scooby Boy is sure to reward his new family with lots of cuddles and puppy kisses as he is quite affectionate and cuddly once he gets to know you! Scooby Boy gets along with other dogs, is already crate-trained, and will make a wonderful companion for experienced dog-lovers who can understand the world from Scooby Boy’s point of view.
Lonzo
Lonzo is an active and inquisitive 4-year-old cat. He was originally found as a stray by Animal Care & Control and brought to PAWS Chicago to find a loving new family. With his shiny gray coat and light green eyes, PAWS Chicago volunteers find him irresistible and spend many hours telling him so. Lonzo loves to play and will come running when he hears his favorite toys. Energetic, Lonzo would benefit in a home with another playful kitty or with a family who will give him lots of attention and playtime. Lonzo has already been micro-chipped, neutered, and is up-to-date on his shots.
If you are interested in adopting Scooby Boy or Lonzo, please call 773-935-PAWS, visit www.pawschicago.org, email adoptions@pawschicago.org or stop by the PAWS Chicago Adoption & Humane Center located at 1997 N. Clybourn Avenue.
