Readers may have noticed a new byline in Chicago Journal this summer — that of Bethany Reinhart. In this week’s paper, Reinhart, a Columbia College journalism graduate and former editor of the school’s award-winning Chronicle newspaper, takes a look at how some schools in the Chicago Journal coverage area are responding to the cuts expected to hit CPS institutions. Reinhart will be interning with the Journal this summer.
