The Commission on Chicago Landmarks will gather today in city hall starting at 12:45 p.m. to changes to the Plymouth Building, 417 S. Dearborn.
According to the commission’s agenda, the owners are proposing façade repairs, storefront window repairs at the base of the building, window replacement on the upper floors and a new accessible entrance.
Staff from the historic preservation section of the Department of Zoning and Land Use Planning recommend commissioners pass the project, with a series of caveats, the agenda says.
