Kicking off 2010 with meetings

A few community meetings coming up:
As noted in Chicago Journal’s front page story about the National Teachers Academy, parents are scheduled to meet tonight, Jan. 7, to hear about the space-sharing plan with South Loop School. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the school, 55 W. Cermak.
The next gathering of the local school council at South Loop School is scheduled for Jan. 13, at 6 p.m., in the auditorium at 1212 S. Plymouth.
Later in the month, the Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance will host a community meeting. The session is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at the historic Keith House, 1900 S. Prairie.
