Davies reportedly scores old post office for nearly $21 million

Bill Davies, the British real estate developer, closed on the old main downtown post office last week for an undisclosed amount. The structure, which hangs over the Eisenhower Expressway, has been empty since 1996, when the postal service moved into the Cardiss Collins branch, located immediately south of the old main structure.
