LAYLA
Layla is a beautiful, brindle German Shepherd mix. This spunky 3-year-old is already spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. Layla is house-trained and accustomed to being crated. Her favorite things in the world are getting her belly rubbed, a good game of fetch with a tennis ball, peanut butter-filled Kong toys, and resting at her humans’ feet. She already knows some basic obedience and can catch treats on the fly! Can you open your home and heart to this deserving pooch?

CRUISER
The streets of Chicago are not kind to homeless cats; with the rain, snow, sleet, and wind, it’s a miracle Cruiser managed to survive in these conditions. Thanks to a guardian angel who saw his beauty and the sweetness and trust in his heart, he was rescued from the streets and given a second chance at life at the PAWS Chicago Adoption & Humane Center. Now, this special 3-year-old kitty can be a source of comfort to someone else on a cold winter’s night, or a purring companion on a lazy summer day. Cruiser is friendly, playful, and outgoing. His trusting spirit will make him a welcome addition to any family. Cruiser is FIV positive but healthy, happy and playful. Cruiser would do well as the Prince of the manor, but would also enjoy having another FIV+ buddy to keep him company when the humans are away.
