A waffle from Waffles
Want to take a moment to wish a belated congrats to two South Loop eateries. Fairly new ones, at that. Waffles--at 1400 S. Michigan--has been proclaimed the best new breakfast spot for miles around in the Time Out Chicago Reader's Choice Eat Out Awards! And Acadia at 16th and Wabash has just been judged number 8 of the 20 best new restaurants in Chicago by Chicago Magazine.
I like the neighborhood props! Have been a customer at both and loved them both. If you missed it, here's my latest chouchou on the chowchow at Acadia. Btw, am going again soon with a couple of neighborhood pals--and may blog about it again, who knows. Likewise, must go to Waffles again--and blog about it for the first time.
