Woman arrested in South Loop garage burglaries

Police officers arrested a 33-year-old woman at her home in Bridgeport on March 30. They say she was responsible for burglarizing vehicles parked in South Loop residential garages.

Gun pulled, shots fired during traffic stop

Police say that after an offender displayed a gun during a traffic stop at approximately 8:20 p.m. March 22 in the 1400 block of S. Michigan, an officer fired his weapon.
