Looking NE at Museum Campus where lights are fixated on the Museum Park Place buildings.

Lights out and time to turn in on the eve of the NATO Summit.

From my home in the South Loop, I have a view of the Museum Campus and our pretty Chicago skyline. After turning the lights out tonight, I see that the there are flood lights near the Field Museum directed at the Museum Park Place condo buildings near Roosevelt and Lake Shore Drive.

I hope my fellow South Loop residents to the east have a way to block the lights that are fixated on their windows. The Field Museum usually emits a soft yellow glow in the distance, but tonight there are bright white lights directed seemingly in my direction. Even several blocks away, the lights are shining into my home.

Good night, South Loop. Sleep tight NATO.
