Eric W, Thanks for remembering what we @Overflow r aiming for. Here's a quick update. We r required to use any & all profit for nonprofit work. These activities will be focused in & around the South Loop. Most businesses take 5+ yrs to start making a profit. We're on a 3 yr plan for moving from red to black. We're not yet 2 yrs old though. Yet, we're already supporting some nonprofit work. We gave $600ish for the corn roaster @ the Bash on Wabash this yr, allowing more donations for the pantry.

Didn\'t the Overflow Coffee bar propose in their business plan exemption status that they would be making dontations to local charitable and non-profit organizations? How is that coming?
