9th and State; mailbox hasn't returned
1115 S. Plymouth; mailbox hasn't returned
NATO's been over for a week today (btw, read what all happened in my South Loop during NATO--in chronological order--here and here and here and here and here and here and here and here)--and we in Dearborn Park, at least, still can't mail a letter.
The boxes at 1115 S. Plymouth and the southwest corner of 9th and State were picked up shortly before NATO began the week before last--and they haven't been returned as yet. Which is a bit of an inconvenience for us Dearborn Parkers. Luckily, we in the South Loop have an easy time getting downtown, where--if nothing else--one can duck into an office building and mail letters out of inclement weather and in relative safety.
But still, Post Office! If you're reading this--bring our boxes back! Please!
