A new home on the Web

Welcome to the new and very much improved ChicagoJournal.com. There are few big changes to the site (besides the elegant new design). First, our sister paper Skyline shifts to its own dedicated Web site, at SkylineNewspaper.com. Second, the new ChicagoJournal.com will be more dynamic: we're debuting two new blogs with the launch of the site and hope to roll out additional perspectives over the coming months. For now you can track the life and times of the South Loop though longtime neighborhood writer Bonnie McGrath's eyes at the South Loop Observer blog. And I'll be blogging about news relevant to the neighborhoods we cover at the Near Loop Wire (and digging into local internet culture a bit to boot). Questions, comments, criticisms? Your new Web site is so much better than the piece of garbage you had before. Chicago Journal must have hired some outside help for the design. BTW, where is Booster?
